Centre for Cardiovascular Health and Prevention

The Centre for Cardiovascular Health and Prevention is a leading centre dedicated to reducing the burden of heart disease through a proactive and multidisciplinary approach to cardiovascular health. Combining clinical expertise, the Centre focuses on personalized approaches to risk factor identification and management for both those at risk of cardiovascular disease, and for those who have experienced an adverse cardiovascular event. Dedicated risk factor reduction and cardiac rehabilitation programs provide medical therapy and lifestyle optimization from managing high blood pressure and cholesterol to addressing lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, and stress. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to empower patients to take control of their cardiovascular health.

Central to our mission is the belief that prevention is the most effective form of treatment. Through education, research, and community outreach, the Centre aims to raise awareness and provide the tools necessary for long-term cardiovascular health optimization. We support both patients and healthcare providers with evidence-based resources and programs that address the root causes of heart disease. By promoting healthy living and high-quality preventive care, the Centre for Cardiovascular Health and Prevention plays a vital role in improving quality of life and reducing the impact of cardiovascular conditions across our communities.
